مراسم افتتاحیه کنگره در ساعت ۱۰ صبح با سخنرانی رئیس فدراسیون اسپرانتوی هند شروع و با مراسم سخنرانی و خوشامدگوئی کمیته محلی ادامه یافت. در ادامه نیز برنامه سلام نمایندگان کشورهای آسیایی شرکت‌کننده در کنگره انجام گرفت. در کنگره امسال ۲۵۰ نفر از ۳۰ کشور جهان شرکت کرده‌اند. آخرین برنامه مراسم افتتاحیه، اجرای سرود اسپرانتو به صورت دسته‌جمعی بود.
پس از پایان مراسم افتتاحیه و صرف نهار، در برنامه سخنرانی با موضوع -اسپرانتو در آسیا، وضع کنونی و وضع آتی- شرکت کردم که البته نکته جدیدی مطرح نشد و فقط اطلاعات عمومی درباره اسپرانتو در کشورهای آسیایی در آن ارائه گردید. سپس نمایندگان نپال، تاجیکستان و ژاپن به معرفی جنبش اسپرانتو در کشورهای خود پرداختند. این قسمت نیز تا حدودی کسل کننده و بدون نکته مهم قابل ذکری به انجام رسید. برنامه بعدی دو موضوع Oomoto و Soroban بود که در آنها شرکت نکردم. حوالی ساعت ۱۵:۳۰ از محل کنگره خارج شده و در یک کافی‌نت به مدت یکساعت به چک کردن ایمیل‌ها و کسب اخبار مشغول شدم. پس از بازگشت به محل کنگره، در ساعت ۶ بعد ازظهر برنامه فرهنگی-هنری عصر ملی را به تماشا نشستم که حقیقتاً برنامه‌ای بسیار جذاب و خیره‌کننده بود.

امیدوارم همیشه در سلامتی -خوشی و مسافرت های جانانه و اسپرانتویی به سر بری.
گزارس سفر خیلی جالب و خواندنی بود ولی به جزییات اشاره نکرده ای.
مثلا بقیه ی شرکت کنندگان ایرانی را معرفی نکرده بودی و در همین مطلب ننوشتی آیا نماینده ی ایران هم برای عرض سلام رفت یا نه ؟ چه کسی ؟ به فارسی یا اسپرانتو؟
راستی آیا در هند -آن طور که در فیلم ها دیده ام ـ همه ی مردم در کوچه و خیابان در حال رقص و آوازند؟
